All day enjoyment for 7-14 year olds...

Suited to drivers aged 7 to 14 y/o (with adult supervision), the bullet proof industrial motor and CVT transmission provide all day enjoyment for any skill level. Underneath the monster panel-van fiberglass body shell lays a sturdy tubular roll cage protecting the driver along with a 4-point safety harness.

Rack & pinion steering and hydraulic brakes...

Steering is easy with the rack and pinion and a powerful hydraulic disk brake providing ample stopping power.

As simple as it is tough, the Mini Monster Van is a great build project for the family or school fabrication class. The chassis, drive train and running gear have been engineered to be rugged and dependable and come back wanting more off-road adventure. And there’s nothing like that classic monster panel-van look!

Simple with performance & toughness...

The Mini Monster Van roll cage is designed to suit a child. It is not suited to an adult size person over 140cm (4’7”) tall. This ensures the roll cage provides protection for the driver in the event of a rollover.

Easy & Comprehensive Plans

These Mini Monster Van plans are derived from our latest CAD models for ultimate accuracy and clarity, comprising over 60 pages of detailed drawings and build instructions. They can be purchased in a printed book or in digital form ready for immediate download (and at a discounted price). The plans include parts lists, material lists and fastener lists while the drawings feature 2D and 3D diagrams. To make the process easier for the home builder construction follows a step by step format with many of the components broken up into further subassemblies.
